It’s Women’s Fiction Day!
So, it’s the perfect time to talk about the genre and my Elodie Crowe work.
You may be asking what exactly is Women’s Fiction Day?
Women’s Fiction Day was created to celebrate the authors who write that genre as well as their novels, publishers, booksellers, and most importantly, the readers of the genre who enjoy women’s fiction.
A story fits into the genre of women’s fiction if it primarily focuses on the emotional journey and development of the main character and is also marketed to women. Outside of that the books in this genre can greatly vary. For instance, while some work does have things like romance or a happily ever after it is not necessary for books to have them to fit into this genre.
My Elodie Crowe pen name is the name I use when I write my intense and suspenseful women’s fiction books. If you haven’t taken a look at my work and are interested in seeing how I put my dark and intense spin on this genre here are three books you could dive into.
